Sofia Jonsson, a member of sea shepherd was undercover in august 5th 2010 witnessed a massacre of 80 whales on the Leynar Beach in Feroe Islands. Many families, including children, came together to acomplish this atrocity. Children participated by cutting the dead bodies of these cetaceans. Sofia has been found that four of these whales were pregnant. Babies have been eradicated from the body of four surviving poor females, then be placed in black plastic bags. Sofia has also found that the mutilated whales have received multiple blows to the head. This gives a conclusion that they have suffered a lot before dying.

Here are two shocking pictures (sensitive soul, abstain)

For the year 2010-2011, Sea Shepherd will return protect whales from the Antarctic with their boats. They will fight to save the whales Whale Sanctuary in the Southern Ocean. Sanctuary is related to "not kill", but many illegal fishers do not understand this term as they go fishing in the sanctuary anyway. Paul Watson said: "It means protection, refuge, asylum, and we intend to protect whales in the sanctuary with all the resources we have."

These words prove to me that Sea Shepherd is really important in the fight to save marine mammals from extinction. Sea Shepherd to thank you for those efforts that are proven.

The campaign Waltzing Matilda, which was intended to save the lives of many whales, has been executed successfully. Throughout the duration of the operation, 528 whales were saved from whaling. Bravo to the three ships that participated in this, Bob Barker, Steve Irwin and the Ady Gil. Together they confronted the illegal japanese whaling to fill the quota prevented from fishing more than a thousand whales. They have killed the half because of the actions that the crew of three vessels running successfully to save the whales. This is an example of success for an organization controversial and radical. Thank you Sea Shepherd and Paul Watson for your successful and not exaggerated projects.

Captain Pete Bethune, a member of the organization Sea Shepherd faces five counts of going on the Shonan Maru whaling 2. He could end up in jail japanese indefinitely. He is wrongly accused, and the group Sea Shepherd believes that the authorities are themes in Japan may be corrupt and accept without questioning the charge be about Pete from the Japanese whaling. The Shonan Maru 2, January 6,  cutted in half the boat Ady Gil, Boat of the accused, intentionally. And, Pete Bethune went to confront the captain of Shonan for heinous acts that he and his crew have done by cutting the Ady Gil in half and killing all those whales illegally. Everyone hopes that the captain should be released shortly and that these counts, less important than the actions of the Shonan, be canceled.

Thank you to Zoli Teglas, members of Sea Shepherd, which is close to, March 22, 2010, a restaurant that sold rorqual whale. With the help of several other members of Sea Shepherd and Charles Hambleton, who is the producer of the documentary The Cove, Zoli Teglas found, after investigation, that the restaurant, The Hump was caught selling whale. This led the band of Sea Shepherd to act and put pressure on the restaurant owner who surrendered. After closing the restaurant, the owner row are on our side helping to fight against the evils of whaling and other marine species endangered. Thank you to the Sea Shepherd team for this achievement. This organism provides great hope for people like me who struggle for the preservation of aquatic fauna.

After three months tirelessly chasing the Japanese ship. This March 6, 2010 that the ship Steve Irwin and Bob Barker were greeted by cheering crowds in the port of Hobart in Tasmania. So this concludes their biggest goal to save the whales never succeeded in the history of the organization. Their actions have resulted in ships and harpoons Shonan Maru 2 Yushin Maru 3 have to stop fishing for whales all the season to focus on the actions of the two ships Sea Shpherd. The end result of their actions will be confirmed or rejected when the Japanese whaling will return home to Japan in April. This year, they were able to reduce fishing quotas for whaling fleet of more than half. Thus, a total success for the crews of Steve Irwin and Bob Barker.

- (February 5, 2010) A ship of the Sea Shepherd organization pursues an illegal Japanese fleet hunting whales. Despite the weather like blizzards, huge waves and strong winds, the boats Steve Irwin and Bob Barker (Sea Shepherd vessel) stopped the Japanese ship. The latter even try, repeatedly, to cause a collision, but without success among members of the organization Sea Shepherd and their two ships. After the arrest of illegal Japanese ship, Sea Shepherd reaches one of its objectives was, I quote, profit and reduce the quota assassin of Japanese whaling fleet.
